Classic with Style's Calender Pageant: Another Successful Year

This past Sunday, Classic with Style held another successful pageant. This year's theme...well was the past year. The Calender pageant is one of the most fun because throughout the year, various models represent each month. As a former Ms. November, I chose the month due to my rl birthday. I wonder how everyone else chose their months? Anyway, it was an amazing time for all. How about a quick pic recap?

The finalists took to the runway in barely there bikinis and swimwear. Philippe, the only male contestant, thankfully did NOT wear a bikini ;) Looking good Phil!

 I missed the talent portions, so no pictures there, but I did get a shot of one of the pageant intermission dances. Looks like Trainer Vicky has been super busy! There were masses of bunnies back stage. You know what they say about rabbits? It's no myth. They do multiply! It's too cute in Second Life though.

Lastly, the finalists had to wear formal wear, but it was formal wear with a theme in mind. What was the theme? It was the ultra sexy idea of the Bond girl or just James Bond. 

Which finalist do you think captured the Bond essence? 

I was thinking the last picture captured the essence but that's cheating since I already know the results! Congratulations to Sunrae Suntzu! She wowed the judges throughout and perhaps it was her take on Octopussy that made their minds up to hand her the crown and a whopping 100,000L prize!

Classic with Style presents Anibus Fashion Show at the Beach!

The weather was perfect at Classic with Style's Beach where the Simply D'Best models walked the runway wearing the beautiful design of Anibus Style. Her daring collection included costumes, gowns, and casual wear...my favorite was Night Fever, and luckily this time I was actually assigned my fav! Lag was there as always, but models fought, and won, against the lag to put on a fun and energy filled show. Thanks to Anibus for her beautiful collection!

Classic with Style March Styling Fashion Show!

This March's styling fashion show was a combination of cartoon characters, brides, geisha, and more. Take a look at some of the creative outfits Classic with Style models came up. Second Life has many creative fashion designers, and the models this month took advantage of all the different styles out there to creative unique and fabulous interpretations on themes such as Styling India, Styling Career, Styling Creative Tail, and many more. Too many to mention! Classic with Style offers its pageant contestants the opportunity to hit the runway five times a week to show off their styles. Three winners are chosen each night, and at the start of the next month, they all compete for the trophy of most creative outfit. The competition is fierce because there are so many unique, adorable, sexy, and stunning presentations to choose from.

This month Flora Stipe won the trophy for most creative outfit with her stunning geisha attire. Isn't she breathtaking?

Along with most creative, Classic with Style honors one of Second Life's hottest designers as designer of the month. Congratulations to Ms. Random Sixpence, the force behind TNC designs.

Classic with Style also takes this opportunity to give recognition to one model who has gone above and beyond her or his duties. The Prestigious Model Award is a special award and many of the CWS Simply D' Best and Elite models covet this. The winner this month was Meimei Shiu! Congratulations to you Meimei, you deserved it! Yay!

VoguE Fashion at Classic W/Style!

Classic W/Style hosted another fabulous runway show featuring the striking designs of VoguE. Zalyn Bailey, force behind VoguE's eclectic and fashion forward design, is one of second life's hottest designers. Her collection ranges from high fashion haute couture to fun and flirty casual, so there are a plethora of choices for all fashion hungry trend setters. The Simply D' Best models brought fierce to the runway with their signature style. It was a show to die for!

Calling all Cover Models: The Search for March's Cover Model!

Wow! Time flies. It was already time to select a new cover model for Classic Glamour W/Style Magz. This time all finalists pulled out all stops to win the coveted cover girl spot. They were not messing around this month, and it was difficult as usual to pick the best model to represent the month of March. This month the selected outfit was from Anrol Anthony's Centerfold collection. The design can be worn two ways,as a gorgeous gown or spicy lingerie, and each contestant had to style each element. First up was lingerie style, and the lovely ladies each put their own unique taste into their interpretation of the design. Some went traditional, and some went sexy, and one went...unique! Either way it was awesome to see the individual creativity that went into their styling of sexy lingerie.

That was the naughty, but nice, portion of tonight's event, but the models were challenged once again to make the gown option equally intriguing and creative. The lovely models glided down the runway in their vision of Anrol's creation. Each lovely lady was the epitome of elegance, and it was difficult to choose one standout. However...one lucky model was a step ahead of her peers and won the the title of March cover girl. Congratulations to SD Damiano! Her superb styling and immaculate runway walk clinched the title and she walked away with her own cover to a well read publication. Congrats to all the top ten finalists as well! It's difficult to stand out amongst a sea of beauty, but they all did! Congrats again SD!  

Simply Enchanting: Bliss Couture!

Bliss Couture is a brand that brings elegance, style, and grace, and Amutey Decuir, the force behind the name, is one of Second Life’s most talented and celebrated designers. She takes elements from real life fashion and gives them life in a virtual world. Her luxurious and elegant collections offer a wide range of gorgeous and unique gowns in a luscious array of rich colors and textures and flow with a smooth and natural flexi flowing like only a real couture gown can do. Classic W/Style models were visions of perfection as they walked the runway showcasing the alluring range of eye catching collections that captures the look of the season with splendid styling and design. KDee's Designs Fashion Show Rocks the Dome!

Today CWS was proud to showcase the fun and flirty designs by Ms. KatDeetrud Destiny! Once again the Simply D'Best Models rocked the runway in the fabulous dome! KDee's Designs is one of the many talented designers with a shop in the Classic W/Style Fashion District. She never disappoints with her curve hugging and saucy designs! Thank you to Kat for letting us show off her stunning creativity!

What an exciting pageant it was ... I was so happy to compete with all my dear friends of CWS. This will be in my heart forever :)
The most stressfull moment for me was the talent show loll ... But my dear team (Ms Helen Zhora and Ms Nickle Sparrowtree) was very good and i really have to thank them to trust in me for that special moment. Thank you so much ladies :)
Now i feel so happy, more than ever, because i will be on the winner picture with my dear friend and we will be in the CWS history forever together :))

What can I say? To share this win with Didier is any girl’s dream come true. He’s the epitome of charm, elegance, extreme hotness, and a generous and kind soul. Thank you Didier for this honor! You are too good for words. This was my last pageant, and my ending as sharing the title of Mr. and Ms. Calendar 2010 with Mr. Didier Rascon was a happy ending, as it is in any fairy tale.

OMG that is me with my dear friend and sweetheart Didier! It's always been me and him at the end and as your nominated and voted 2010 Best female and male model it seems natural for us to stand together as always. It was a tough competition, and a bit controversial lol, but all pageants are in a way! What's important is friends, and thanks to one of the most amazing people I have met here, I get to live on in CWS's hall of fame with my sweetie Didier! Yay!

The 2010 Calender pageant also included amazing talent, and I was ecstatic that my group won best talent! Three cheers for the Chinese Sisters of Wu-Shi: Aisha Ormega, Laylah Lecker, Lisana Rossen, and Maleha Inglewood!

Another winner of the evening was Ms. Debbiedoo Tigerfish! She wowed the judges with her beautiful photos by Zachary Zufreur and walked away with the trophy for Ms. Photogenic!

It will be one long year before the next crowning of Calender 2011 and who knows it could be YOU! :)

Moxie Polano's Fashion Show!

Classic W/Style was honored and delighted to showcase the stunning designs by Moxie Polano Saturday, January 29 2011. As always a record amount of avi's come to see Polano's wide range of eclectic range of gowns, cocktail dresses, swim suits, and casual wear. We crashed the sim, but that didn't stop the show!
